Our heat & eat meals are portioned individually, fully cooked, ready to heat in the microwave, oven, or saute pan.
Family Favourite entrees are available in the frozen section. Choose from: Chicken Pot Pie, Shepherd’s Pie, Traditional Meat Lasagna or a variety of quiche options
In changing our fresh entrée selections seasonally, we are able to provide our customers with variety, seasonal flavours and local content when available.

Our freezer meals continue to be popular with seniors and students. Made with simple ingredients, without additives or preservatives, these meals are a healthier alternative to what you would find in the frozen section of the grocery store. Prepared in our kitchen and frozen immediately to ensure freshness, all you need to do is thaw & heat.

For most, much will remain the same. We will continue to provide customized menus, pick up, delivery and customer service. What will be changing is how large groups are served. We will be no longer staffing events or providing on site service.
